The season is right around the corner?

Anyone rocking a new stick? Maybe some new gear?

i have a bionic factory strung on a warrior hero all saved up for hte season .

Then i got me some super flies, a chest pad, the k18 series, and CPX non TI. : (

Relic, that Eraser/ Maverick combo is SICK! Love the color combo and dye, very sexxy looking stick.

For me I got a new head for the season, a Clutch, so far its pretty nice, just need to break in the mesh. Probably going to order some white from Jimalax before my first game in like a 5 weeks. Practice for me starts Friday, im pumped.

But yeah...

I have:

*Main - (A/M) Brine Clutch on Brine Magnum Flip Grip
*Backup - (A/M) Warrior Revolution Pro on Warrior Kryptolyte or Warrior Platinum Alloy

*Main - (D) STX Bionic (w/ pinch) on STX Titanium Pole
*Backup -(D) STX Bionic (no pinch) on Brine f15 Power Grip

My main Bionic is pinched mainly for the fact that its more LSM and FO pole than anything. So comfortable to play with, passes like hot sauce, I just love it.

And I have a new team CPX for this season as well, yet to be worn in practice or game.

How much was a team order of CPXs'

$127, but that was because they did an order last year and this one was smaller. I think it was a little lower. More you get, generally they get a little cheaper.

I cant remember, I could check where my coach ordered them from.

I got a razer for my backup and a clutch for my main head. I'm getting an F22 for a backup shaft too.

I really wanna see how my Clutch preforms. Seems alot of people have picked the Clutch up, hopefully it comes through.

well so far from what i've seen from it i love it. i traded a bn pp for the one i have and an answer, so the clutch i got has those two cracks in the bottom string holes but i really don't that that's going to affect the play of the head whatsoever.

i kinda updated the thread to accommodate equipment that your using...

i personally am making a huge change with all of my set ups this year.

breakdown:

helmet: staying the same with the brine triumph. although i would be tempted to get the l/xl size, it's getting a lot tighter since i haven't cut my hair short

gloves: k18's. loved the glove, finally getting them in my UWM colors

elbows: got some brine supercrosse arm pads from my sister at xmas. love them

shoulders: still wearing the rbk 6k shirt thing. like a rhinoskin but better

shaft: still have my stx sharkskin titanium. but i'm tempted to get a gold scandium or vanadium for the new season

head: i currently have a clutch, but i want to pass that onto my back up head. looking to purchase a proton power or a xcalibur in the next couple of days

Should had told me you wanted a PP, just sold mine.

The PP was really eye catching for me, though I dont think it would have stood up to FO as much as per say a Clutch. Doesnt seem to have a good history of staying strong and stiff for that long. Pinch looks tight though.

don't get the vanadium. i put a pretty big bend in mine and i only had it for 3 weeks.

overall i love the head, and i know about the durability for faceoff. i plan on using my clutch for faceoff and fogo-ing for my other stick if i need it.

i have played with one before, i know but for faceoff i dont need a strong shaft

Main: a duece on a harrow but that is subject to change whenever i feel like it.

Backup: Torque on a sabre

Helmet: The Pro7, love the hell out of the thing.

I'm just using gladiator gloves and GForce APs which i love. I have a bunch of random sticks lying around that i might use again but i'm pretty set right now.

yea the pinch on the proton power is rediculous. i have one i use for indoor, the hold is just rediculous. i wouldnt suggest getting one if you like your heads to last more than a few months though, all experiences ive had with them point to a durability problem

New CPX (Non Ti) and first true season with my STX K 18's and Vandium Grip. Plus i have a used Proton Power which has been working great in indoor, can't wait to take it outside.

i just traded Kricks for some exodus arm guards (they are really comfy).

Also, we just got new uniforms (1 Black, 1 Gold), shorts (white), and socks.

Im not sure if we (Rockhurst University) is getting new uniforms or not, we have some new deal with Harrow or something. But yeah we have new shorts and jerseys maybe. Possibility of gloves I think?

Originally it was what stick you were using this season.

People talked about equipment as well.

Jace changed it to Stick/ Equipment and stuff.

And we dont have an Equipment Board, we aint TLF.
