at this rate the draft is going to take a couple weeks....

which is why i didn't want to have to do it in the first place.

Why not have everyone rank their players and submit them to someone. Do the draft in order and as people are taken cross them off everyones list, and take their top available player. Once someone has 3 attackmen, you stop picking them, same for middies and defense. It'd take a couple hours but I'm sure someone would do it.

Thats a ton of work for me or jaron. if you want wait for your picks, just dont do the fantasy league, pretty simple.

everyone should post there screen names so we can get on them.

Im just saying...we aren't even through the first round and it's almost been a day...there's at least going to be 8 rounds with the maxium being 14, if we get through half a round a day, it's going to take about 12-16 days.

i know that there isn't really a better way of doing it, I was just pointing it out that it's going to drag on for a very long time.

Well if we can get like 10 in a row it would be good. just pm guys.

I saw someone on TLF had people pick 20, and then the commish goes through and pulls off the lists in the order, if one guy is picked, then the next can't get him and goes to their next pick.

If someone looses all 20, then the commish would contact that user and get a new list of players he is interested in. And say you have 24 hours to submit your roster.

I'd be down for that.

If someone wants to go around and collect peoples top 20, they can. Ill submit them into the league, but I am wayyy to busy this time of year to be babysitting people trying to figure out who they want as their picks.

This is already dragging on to long. If someone would consider collecting screen names, we could organize a draft tomorrow night.

When you get in the chatroom, try and keep the discussion to a minimum so me and Jack can explain how it is going to work. Once the draft commences, chat will be non existent aside from draft choices.

Have you guys decided how long we'll get for each round? Like the first 5 rounds 2 min. a pick and then 1 min. a pick afterwards?

Well I just did a draft with some of my friends from back home, just with 5 people, it took about 60-90 mins to get 14 picked for just us, so with 10+ people plan on spending a good 2 hours minimum on picks...once you get past the first 30-40 picks, you start running out of people that you know of to pick and it starts to get slow.

With that said count me out, i just dont have the time for that tomorrow.

You could prep a list now and give it to someone who will be there.

Yea, but with all the people picking....any list I come up with, everyone will be gone by the 3rd round. I'd have to make a list of about 100 players to even MAYBE get all the picks in.
