TLF got hacked?

Well, its fixed now.

Just some amateur hackers. Just wierd to see something like TLF, who is backed by InsideLacrosse, a large company, get hacked. Its usually always just small forums with internal leaks and stuff, almost always fixed. It was pretty lame.

yea i got caught by that too, kinda annoying but it got fixed real fast. i was back online within about 2 hours.

And TLF gets hacked again.

I'm sure they're not Tony. TLF has a habit of moderator's being douche bags. They don't think about what pissing off the wrong person could do. If they can do this much, think about how much worse they could do.

Im just angry, because I was trying to finalize a deal and then this happens.

I agree with WW. We created this site because of the Big-brother esque censorship that was going on, we couldn't even have a wisconsin HS lax conversation without a bunch of BS.

I just use it for deals, stringing ideas, goalie forum. And i too have a deal pending.

This is getting rediculous. They really need to do something to step up security.

There is no security that can not be hacked. There is always a way. Stepping up security would help, but if they're dealing with good enough hackers it won't work. My guess is that they pissed off these guys, otherwise why would they go so hard after tlf? No one hacks for no reason, so there's got to be a reason behind this, and honestly I'm more curious to know that than to just say security needs to be better.

Goons is a fairly weak hacking service. Alot of teens who sit around and pull url schemes and what not, if they were good they could make it so that we couldnt get the forums back, which would be much more of a victory for them rather than redirecting a url.

let's just make sure WLF never gets hacked... that would make me cry...

These kind of forums are actually a little hard to hack, they would need to hack the aforumfree main server to pull what they do on TLF. TLF's forums are based on their own servers, which makes it a little easier of a target.

We should be safe, as we dont have nearly as much activity and a larger based server.
