Just was talking with Joe and he's going to be playing for Rensselar Polytechnic Institute(RPI) next year.

It's good to see people from Wisco go on to play NCAA lax.

Don't hold me to it, but I think Colton Warner said that he's play D3 at Carthage next year.

Well, Mayfield was at Fontbonne last year at least, thats DIII.

And yeah, I have also heard Warner was playing at Carthage.

What about Jace? Did he ever play NCAA, I always forget.

If you look at current players in the NCAA from Wisconsin it looks like this:

Nick Neuman-Ithaca
Jaron Klopstein-Fontbonne
Dan La Fond-Tri State
Alex Panosian-Army
Brad Campbell-Mars Hill

If you want to see players who did play NCAA, but no longer do it would look like this:

Kevin Bice-Goucher (Minnesota)
Jace Raumam-Saint Leo (UW-Milwaukee)
Brad Sollenberger-Whittier
Ryan Mayfield-Fontbonne (Whitewater)

I've been hearing about alot of WI players going to play at Carthage as well. One would think alot of kids will be pulled from the Chicago and Twin Cities area, since their talent pool is more established, but I hope quite a bit of Carthage players are from WI, that'd be awesome.

If you look at current players in the NCAA from Wisconsin it looks like this:

Nick Neuman-Ithaca
Jaron Klopstein-Fontbonne
Dan La Fond-Tri State
Alex Panosian-Army
Brad Campbell-Mars Hill
Tom Gebhard- Kenyon College

If you want to see players who did play NCAA, but no longer do it would look like this:

Kevin Bice-Goucher (Minnesota)
Jace Raumam-Saint Leo (UW-Milwaukee)
Brad Sollenberger-Whittier
Ryan Mayfield-Fontbonne (Whitewater)
Ian Mark- Oberlin College

Congrats to Joe. His improvement over the last few years, and the subsequent collegiate recognition is a testament to his hard work. It's great to see another quality lacrosse player from Wisconsin that's going to make a name for himself in the NCAA, especially at a budding top-tier program like RPI.

Brad Sollenberger is currently on Whittier's roster and playing this year. It is his final year of eligibility.

So regarding seniors this year that are going to play in the NCAA's next year, this is what I have from Milwaukee so far:

Joe Botticelli (Milw Eastside) - RPI (DIII)
Tom Casper (Marquette) - Alvernia College (DIII)
Garrett Fields (Marquette) - Kenyon College (DIII)
Zach Nichols (Kettle Moraine) - University of Detroit Mercy (DI)

Does anyone know of anyone else from around the state that is planning on playing in the NCAA's next year? I know that a few of the Arrowhead players, such as Austin Grimes, are still deciding, though I was just curious of who is going where.

Actually, he had two years of eligibility entering this spring, the final of which he plans to use at the U of M.
