Probably, I'm living in Whitewater all summer. But for sure I couldn't do anything for a couple weeks, I was thrown in to reffing mala playoffs. I need to get past Brewtown at least before I'll have time.

1) Have a healthy love of a little pain
2) Attack the ball, always moving towards it

These first two are a necessity IMHO if you are considering really being a goalie. Technique can be teached, determination you must possess.

there are some good drills on tlf,
but some i go through with my goalies
ex. warm up: walk the arc about half speed shots moving from topshelf stick side, then top shelf off hand, hip stick side, hip off hand, bottom stick side, bottom off hand and start on near post of the shot placement and move to shoot at the far post....then i work bounces and proceed to mix it up.

Reaction
Set up a goal about 5 yds infront of a brick wall with the goal facing the wall from behind signal to the goalie that a shot is coming and have some one throw a ball off of the wall...mixing up angles, this will help with reaction time, from not seeing the ball to finding it and stepping.

vision
get an assorment of colored balls, and have a guy from X feed a shooter up top(after the goalies has been warmed up) now the goalie must yell out the color of the ball and attempt to save the coming shot...this works on seeing the ball in the head and see it come out as well as reaction time...

thats just a few i got to save some of them keep that edge...haha
