| awesome. i'm really happy to hear about the growth of youth teams. the state would be screwed if it didn't have youth programs. |

| Youth Lax is really blowing up at this point. Its really great to see, as someone who got his start playing lax in middle school I can honestly say picking up a stick in middle school makes a huge difference. Coach Shea and Coach Darcy are doing some great things! |

| Next year I plan on helping out where ever I can in Kansas City, wether its trying to build a youth team for the area where I will be or helping with my old HS team, maybe reffing, depending on how it is down there, cuz truely I have no clue about lacrosse in the Kansas City area. |

| Kansas City, Kansas, is part of the Missouri sector because it has yet to really branch much. But the Kansas City area has put out on really good team that has got honorable mention nationally the past 2 years, and thats Rockhurst Jesuit.
There are 5-6 conferences in Missouri, each one of about 5-6 teams. Rockhurst Jesuit is ranked 59th in the Nation... according to Laxpower.com (so its a number, but really dosent mean much coming from LP)
But I am completely unaware if lacrosse down there extends outside of Highschool in either mens or youth. I really hope there is something there. |
