| I think Mike Margolis did a good job turning Waunakee around from a team that won barely any games to a top 5 team in state. | |

| Yeah, I agree with anthony call us biased but you have to give credit to a coach who takes their team to the state championship the first two years. | |

| 1.) Tom Darcy - West Regents: Most knowledgable Lacrosse-wise, best character of any man related to Wisconsin Lacrosse. Great to play for, play against, and great person to know.
2.) Arrowheads coach - 2 championship games in 2 years of coaching. speaks for it self
3.) Jace Rauman - Middleton: Knows a ton about lacrosse, played in college for a few years... When your program has 64 players, 2 freshman teams etc you must be doing something right. It's hard not to like Jace.

It's hard not to like Jace. I believe that there are 4 coaches in Wisconsin that have really lead they way for the rest of Wisconsin to follow. In Madison, 1) Tom Darcy - Madison West - I first met coach Darcy 2-3 years ago at the Badger State Lacrosse Camp at Whitewater. He's a great guy whose knowledge and love of the game puts him as one of the greats in Wisconsin Lacrosse's short history. 2) Jace Rauman - Middleton - Middleton is one of the strongest teams in the state year in and year out, and a lot of that can be placed on their great coaching. In Milwaukee, 1) Mark Howard - Arrowhead - 2 years, 2 state championship appearances, 1 state championship. Coach Howard has established himself as the top coach in all of Wisconsin. He is a great guy that has made Arrowhead the team to beat. Arrowhead never has that one standout player, though they always play great as a team thanks to Coach Howard influence. 2) Rich Pruszinski - Marquette - After stepping into a program full of senior talent two years ago, Coach Rich has really made Marquette his program. Last season, which many people saw as a disapointing year for Marquette, Coach Rich did a great job managing over 70 players functionally by himself while at the same time developing a lot of talent.

| Jim Dodge from KM won coach of the year last season, but I'm sure it had to do with the results of a first year team. He's a good coach, but personally I like the Arrowhead coach. He has the balls to cut 50 kids and also wears an Army jacket. | |
