Team Madison

i cant afford it, so im out. GL team madison!!

sucks that tryouts got cancelled today. so who else here made it past the first cut?

I heard only Stoughtons LSM Tyler Rekowski made it past first cuts for Stoughton. Sadly the first team All-Conference defender from Stoughton Richie Knipfer didnt make it.

I hear there were alot more kids out for it this year than last year.

if anyone has a roster once the team is finalized, post it up. thanks

i think pat had an idea of who he wanted on the team about 3 weeks ago. i reffed one of his youth games and talked to him about it.

ya i was working and i didn't know where it was or anything but he called me the next night and asked about it and stuff i dont know i guess first practice is on tuesday ?

how can for example...hummel be on the team, i thought seniors cannot be on the roster? Or is that only for Team Milwaukee?? I was led to believe that team madison also had the rule of no seniors

So does anybody know why none of the waunakee kids are on the team?

There was like 5 waunakee players try out. 2 poles, 2 middies, and an attackman(I think that's right). Wook and Hoeft didn't try out. Their attackman that tried out (tall guy that rocks the white Maveriks.. don't know his name) should be on the team.. he's better than Bloom and St. Michaels..

From what I was told, all the waunakee kids that tried out decided not to play because they have brewtown this weekend during are first tourney, and I guess had something else going on later when we play are second tourney. Thats just what i've been told dont hold me to it.

Nice to see that Transue from Stoughton got in on the mix, I thought it was just going to be Tyler.

And why is there a Hotchicks (I know its Hotchkiss) on the team? He's not from Madison.

That's just a Milwaukee Select thing because some of the tournaments they play are U18. Graduated seniors tend to be too old.

The Hotchkiss kid lives in Madison with his family in the summer, and attends Hotchkiss for school.

Ya...we have brewtown during the first tournament and then a majority of our team is going to the ultimate lacrosse camp which interferes with a scrimmage.
