Here's the contact list for rec sports at Whitewater. http://www.uww.edu/staffair/recsport/contactus.php - I have no idea how the men's team got started here, or the process involved to get a club started. I really doubt anyone else on the team does either so I wouldn't be much help other than pointing you to rec sports. Whitewater is a pretty athletic school in the sense most students (at least the ones I know) are doing something club/ncaa/intramural so you shouldn't have an issue finding people for it.
