it doesn't matter, our defense woulda ghosted "casper" anyways. 1 player couldn't have made the difference in that game. It was simply the team falling apart, and the fact that marquette's goalie would yell and his defenseman throughout the game probably didnt' help the situation.

While I'm not sure about the "ghosting casper", I agree one player would not have won that game for Marquette.

Marquette was still missing one of their best, if not there best player, Casper, at middie. Correct me if im wrong.

Um, no we weren't. Tom was back for this game.

However, Big Dipper, who are you man? You talk more trash on this forum than anyone else I have seen, and it is just obnoxious. Aren't you the kid that was whining about everyone ranking Waunakee higher than you guys despite the fact that you lost, and to justify it you said, "well we had some penalties." ...I don't remember you from the game or anything, but god you are annoying.

Keep this civil boys. TBD is Melum, a great pole for Middleton. While none of their poles may be going NCAA they play great together, and you Marquette boys should know this from them shutting down your attackmen. For the time being Middleton has the bragging rights, you guys will have your opportunity to earn those back.

I haven't seen either team, but it does sound like Middleton shut down Marquette's attack, which in my opinion is a greater plus than some long pole having good stick skills. In Wisconsin lacrosse a defender can dominate if he can body up and stay with his man, he doesn't necessarily need that great of stick skills, though of course it doesn't hurt.

yeah it was a good game marquette is the toughest team we have played all year. but imo it could have been alot diffrent for either team. middleton did not have there entire first line middies there because they went to prom, and some others left at halftime. and marquette did play a really tough game the night before. so that game was not completly accurate to what the playoffs will be like. but it was a good game over all and nice to come out with a win.

ya cause you lost to waunakee....and beat marquette...but you know...marquette must be tougher.....your really smart...and handsome and beautiful...i love you hummel
