| TBD's photo also looks like it was taken at waunakee, and it wasnt exactly the prettiest day when those two teams played.
i could be mistaken though.

| Yea that was vs. waunakee... crappy day
The last game between those 2 teams, waunakee was dominate. Except for in 4th quarter when sun-prairie started a "comeback"
im assuming today's game will be the same.

| Wausau absolutely man-handled Appleton last night in a 12-4 contest.
Thier long poles Poirier #28 and Heinrichs #25 didn't let Appleton breathe.
Wausau pulled most of their startes by the middle of the Third quarter or this could have really gotten out of hand.
Keep an eye on this team, they have alot of offensive firepower as well. Condon #9, Fisher #20 and Williams #14 all chipped in 3 goals apiece.

| Both teams played well, waunakee was just able to put more balls in the net and took advantage of the fastbreak. Lots of penalties, but spread out equally. | |

| Middleton 7
West 6
Hands down one of the hardest games Middleton has played all year. Refs were alright, middleton didn't come out very strong until the second half. Shouldn't have been as close but only one middie for us seemed to shoot. Regents played better then I have ever seen them play... ever.
Regents capitalized on a lot of shots on net. Also they were dominating the clearing aspect of the game. Number 6, 7, 26 were all standout players. "edited"
Very good goal for us with 20 some seconds left in the game. Highlight/greer type style.

| Was it checked and they didn't call it or something?
It sounds like the top few teams in MALA this year are all having competitive games which is fun to see.

| nah it wasn't checked... i dont think.. clearly it was illigal though like this kid was small and he was getting his stick checked really cleanly and nothing could get the ball out..
West played a dirty game, middleton played like middleton should in the second half, which made the difference.

| and hummel had a goal, that CLEARLY went in and it came out of the bottom of the net or something and we were celebrating or whatever, but they didn't count it... kinda bogus. | |

| No it was never checked, neither jace or I said anything but you could just see how illegal it really was. It was a very good game and unfortunatly our fundementals werent there in the first half but in the second half we made up for that. Our defense int he fourth quarter and almost all of third played out of their minds! Ben Melum #20 for Middleton started to play insane and no one knew where he got the energy from. Tonights game was nuts and both teams showed improvemnt and heart but Middleton came out on top. Nail bitting ending great game both ways | |

| aright cool, ill see what i can do. And for all the future teams that play west... #26 is the biggest poor sport in MALA hands down, he gets angry slashes and all that crap... so just watch out, dont want any injuries. | |

| another standout was hummel, he had 4 goals and 2 assists i believe... one of which was from his knees which was dirty. Our other solid attackman wasn't feelin it i dont think and hummel stepped up. It was entertaining to watch him be double teamed and have both defenders to complete circles when he'd dodge em' | |

I'll second that. Scotty is indeed one of the biggest poor sports on our team. But I have to give him some sort of props. Last year he was way worse and he is really straightening his act up. He has a long way to go though. Today when #00 wrapped his stick around Scotty(#10)'s neck and threw him down.. i'm actually very suprised he didn't get up and "wreck" that kid. I just wish we didn't have to field more than half JV kids lol. Good game today man.
