KM beat Brookfield 10 - 4, slow first half (KM 2, Brook 1) but both teams seemed to somewhat get their offenses going in the later stages of the game.

Janesville put 3 goals in in the last few minutes of the 4th quarter. Darien St. Michael is a great player for them.


Middleton had a bounce shot hit the net, and land in the net. The ref said that it 'went through the net' which doesn't really make much sense seeing as the ball was shot from the front of the goal, and not from X

Marquettes first goal was a missed pass that made it all the way through to the net. Other than that it was a great game. Sean Gebhard had a good game for MUHS.

For Middleton Kyle Bonebrake had a few points, including a very impressive assist in which he shot it, caught his own rebound in mid air, his momentum took him to X where he fed a cutting Evan Craine who finished.

Lots of penalties called on Middleton

It was a really exciting game, lots of penalties made it a little choppy but it was pretty action packed. Verona's goalkeeper played reall well and De Pere's had probably the best of his career. Good game all around.

Wausau- 5

neenah scored 2 quick goals in the beginning and that was the score after the end of the first quarter. halftime score was 2-2 I beleive? wausau was down 3-2 at the start of the 4th quarter then came back to win. the Neenah goalie had alot of nice saves and the overall game was well played. very excting game from opening face to final horn.

SP got a few lucky goals at the end...first three quarters were good solid lacrosse, 4th courter became nothing but cheap shots and retaliation.

The Wausau - Oneida Nation game for today has been postponed due to a travel ban requesting no travel by tribal students because of the swine flu outbreak.

MUHS went down 4-1 real early and grabbed a goal at the end of the first to make it 4-2. the 2nd quarter was pretty even and generally back and forth. 3rd quarter was pretty exciting, marquette went on a rampage scoring 5 unanswered before arrowhead scored on a man-up, then another MUHS goal made the score 11 - 8. the fourth quarter began and within a minute AHS had cut the lead to two. Careless penalties on marquette led to two more AHS goals, tying the score. AHS proceeded to put the game away with two more as the sun was setting behind the trees.

Arrowhead's entire offense is predicated on screens and shooting off of picks. there were a few ISO's that lead to goals, but the mass confusion of the picks and screens lead to most of their goals. those boys are f.a.s.t. fast. i was really surprised that digiacomo didnt see more of the field. #21 in red was clearly one of their best players, but he didnt see as much of the field as i thought he would have.

Marquette seemed to have all the momentum coming into the second half as sophomore attackman james tjarkson had 3 goals and another assist in the 6 goal onslaught. but after gaining a 3 goal lead, marquette decided to put it in cruise control, and arrowhead took full advantage of it.

the boys from downtown milwaukee need to decide how bad they want a win. they showed that during the third quarter they could run house against some of the state's best competition, but i hope they learned that the game lasts 48 minutes, not 36.

good game AHS, it was a good one to watch.
