| Verona 7 Middleton 6 OT
Photoguy will post a picture sequence of Middletons Preston Roberts bounce shot, which was ruled a no-goal but actually hit the net/bounced in the goal.
Verona played their hearts out though, hats off to them. Nick Urumoglu had another good game, saving pretty much everything that came his way. Parker Horvath had 3 goals for Verona including an impressive diving hockey-style flick for the first goal of the game.
Arrowhead 9 Verona 3 (Championship Game)
Great tournament all around, a big thank you to Mrs Lyell and Mr Wright for putting the whole thing together, it was the most entertaining Bullrush Tournament I've attended.

Nothing against Urm, but he's got a buzzcut. Got to have hair to have flow. But congratulations to everybody who played, everything seemed like it went well. I've never been in a more exciting, up and down game than the game we played against Middleton. Great job to everybody who played. On another note, was anybody on Field 3 (Cross Country Park) at 9:00 AM today? Apparently there was a brawl...? Not sure of the teams, but I think it may have been West vs. Sauk?

| You still need hair to flow. You guys are talking Showpa. (tilt, socks, overall looks)
Arrowhead has cemented themselves as far and above the best team in the state after this weekend, and although the loss came to my former team, I'm glad to see Verona didn't suffer another one goal loss.

| KM beat Marquette 13 - 9. KM was down 5 to 0 at the end of the 1st but came back to make it 6 to 3 at the half, and continued to dominate on both ends of the ball thus garnishing them a 4 goal victory of Marquette. | |

| That is a very unexpected win. Not a knock on Kettle Moraine but I didn't expect to see Marquette lose to any teams really outside of the top 5. Kettle Moraine will likely spike in most of the WLF polls later this week. | |

| Marquette did not look very good at the Verona tourney but it's the only time I saw them. Bayport and Appleton seem to be overrated. That's just my opinion from seeing them each twice. I think Verona is better than either of them but then Verona got smoked by Arrowhead. The top ten teams are very evenly matched with Arrowhead and Waunakee deserving the top 2. | |

| i liked the goalies pro seven with the mohawk and the colors look good on that helment......i don't think the hair is that big of a deal for flow as long as you have a nice bucket and flow socks and white cleats | |

| I'll repeat my previous statement. Flow HAS to include the hair coming out of the helmet. That is literally what flowing is, flowing locks of beautiful goodness. Yes, tilt, and some nice mid calves and matching cleats is nice, and can be factored into flow, but if no hair is in the equation at all, it cannot be flow.
Its called showpa. | |

| I still don't know about showpa.
In my mind Flow is everything (or anything) from this list:
- Crew socks w/ or w/o 2-3 stripes - good helmet tilt - coordinating your elbow pads to your gloves, and your chin strap to your uniform colors, or even all of your equipment to your uniform colors - a couple inches of your shooter shirt showing under your jersey - freshy fresh lechuga waterfalling out the back of your helmet (but not if its a Gait, Warrior, Stryke or old Brine

| I just feel like if its gonna be called flow, it has to include some lettuce.
I think that the way you guys approach it is how most people approach though, and flow is adapting to include more then hair.

| An entire FB group dedicated to the subject--90% of Lax is the Flow:

This is far and away the best lacrosse "flow" resource available that has gained recognition in the upcoming June issue of Inside Lacrosse.
