I watched arrowhead play a half yesterday. My thoughts:

They have some really good players. Digiacomo, Opay, Wolf, Krause, all looked solid. The offense they run isn't very structured and not very settled. They like to get the ball in the offensive zone and score quick, which works well on many of the unmatched teams they play.

They ride hard and clear the ball well. There offensive talent will make them very hard to beat. I like their odds of winning it all.

Nah I got what he was saying, but I dont think it's a great argument of saying who is able to win it all...since that was just one game; maybe SP played really well while AHS had a bad game? One game can't be used to make a full judgment of a team.

im just saying Arrowhead is a beatable team... we did play a good game and congrats to arrowhead on the win... arrowhead isnt as dominate as they were in the past 2 years..... i just think there are better teams in wisco

just as long as that game isnt the state championship...

Well hopefully both teams that make it to state this year are truly the ones who deserve to be there.

Considering I haven't seen a single game I can't say for sure. Based off scores and what I have heard. I think AHS will be back there, assuming they beat MUHS. For the other conferences...Middleton is all over the place, if they can get their act together I'm sure they could get there, and I know absolutely nothing about any of Bay Vally teams.

i think madison west will make a run

They have to get past waunakee, who i think will end going to state out of madison. I think Neenah could be a team nobody is expecting to do something towards the end of the year and make state... Their game with wausua coming will show if they can play with the better teams

Who would you say is better then? They already beat Waunakee, and from what i have heard, from players, is that they did not have a very good game against Sun Prairie. Now, I don't play lacrosse anymore, and obviously I go to Arrowhead, but I would just like to know who you would consider better. The way I see it, they are the best team in the state unless, marquette, or wausau if they reschedule, can beat them.

i'm lovin the love for marquette, apparently we're the only team in the state capable of beating anybody.

^ Well honestly I would say the past few years AHS, MUHS and a couple other teams have been the top programs, it's just unfortunate that the highest level they(AHS/MUHS) can play each other is the conference championship game.

Any news on the bull-rush tournament in a few weekends?

^Champlain Park will not be returning this year to the tournament. A new team from Illinois (Lane Tech) will be there along with one or two teams from the Minneapolis area I believe. There's supposedly going to be 4 fields for games this year so that might spread the games out more.

Lane tech is garbage... saw them play at that tourny in chicago earlier this season. Who are the other 2 teams ?

That doesn't make the tournament look any more legit, if you call them garbage.

such a bold statement, almost unfair... i'm pretty sure Marquette will be at the bullrush this year. should mix things up pretty good...

What happened

The bracket for Bullrush is lying somewhere around my house, but I want to say the other two out of state teams are St. Louis Park and Orland Park, but I'm not quite sure. I remember seeing GB Southwest, Sauk, SP, Arrowhead, Marquette, Verona (obviously), Middleton, and Waunakee. I'm pretty sure there's a total of 14 teams this year, the other teams slipped my mind.

What happened

Laxpower has it as a win currently. Someone probably messed up sending it in originally. It happens from time to time.
